The father of a 4-year-old boy allegedly wanted to ignite the child using gasoline and a lighter in a reported attempt to rid the youngster of a demon.

Johnsonville, Pennsylvania resident Josiah James C. McIntosh has a 4-year-old son.

Last Wednesday, McIntosh was reportedly at his home with the boy with another man.

A man from Louisiana was taken into custody after he allegedly became upset about his not receiving a COVID-19 stimulus check and set his mother’s shed on fire.

Avoyelles Parish resident Marvin Smith Jr. was reportedly in a foul mood last Friday when he learned he had not yet received his federal COVID-19 stimulus payment.

Around 1:00 pm, his allegedly hot-headed temperament reportedly caused the 51-year-old man to lash out at his mother about his frustrations.

A Florida man who reportedly felt like he wasn’t getting the looking after that he desired from a nurse at the hospital in which he was a patient allegedly lit his bed on fire in the room he shared with another patient.

AdventHealth Hospital, previously called Florida Hospital New Smyrna, placed a call to the authorities when an alleged incident transpired in a room housing two of their patients.

The staff reportedly saw a call button light up as they overheard a man calling out loudly in a state of panic claiming that a fire was burning inside his room.

A Tampa woman with a young child in tow was accused of collecting items in Walmart in a purported effort to cause an explosion in the store.

On the evening of January 11, Emily Stallard and a child whose relation to her has not been made public visited Walmart in Tampa and reportedly spent over 60-minutes walking through the aisles of the store collecting items.

Stallard and the child caught the eye of a security guard working in the store, and he allegedly watched as they both grabbed and opened many items including packages of nails, ethanol, and matches.

A theft suspect from North Dakota allegedly lit a Bible on fire in an attempt to conceal his effort to steal merchandise from a local Walmart store.

On December 13, at a Bismarck Walmart store with shoppers and employees inside, a fire reportedly broke out.

When the authorities arrived, one of the workers present during the event provided footage from the surveillance camera that displayed a man wearing a ski mask while concealing what was believed to be a Bible under his dark clothing. While in the garden center of the establishment the suspect walked behind boxes on the floor where he was assumed to have lit the holy tome ablaze using lighter fluid as an accelerant.

A Florida man with an alleged penchant for fire reportedly tried to light himself on fire after being apprehended for setting trash bins ablaze and stealing the fire truck of the district fire chief.

On the evening of November 23, a suspect reportedly went to an office building in Cocoa Village and set fire to their dumpster.

When the authorities learned of the blaze and went to the scene, they were issued a second notification alerting them of another trash bin that had been set on fire at a nearby pavilion in a local park.

The manager of a Dollar General in Georgia has been accused of setting the location on fire while shoppers were inside in an alleged effort to hide her theft of money from the store.

On the morning of August 17, the Dollar General in Douglas, Georgia, suffered from a blaze that consumed an estimated $700,000 in internal and external damages. The fire reportedly broke out while customers were inside of the store.

While the authorities investigated the circumstances surrounding the fire they discovered that it was started in two different locations inside of the building.

When a man invited a woman to his home for sex and failed to answer the door when she arrived, the woman allegedly set fire to his house in retaliation for her reported humiliation.

In the middle of the night on August 4, a Woodbury, NJ, man gave a call to a woman with whom he shares occasional sexual relations. He asked the woman, 29-year-old Taija Russell if she would like to come to his home for a tryst.

Russell accepted the proposal and headed to her lover’s residence at approximately 4:00 am.

In the process of retrieving it, a man allegedly set fire to his automobile when he reportedly began to throw several Molotov cocktails at it while it was locked inside of a lot after being impounded.

Last weekend at the Almake Auto Shop in Orange County, Florida, the owner of a vehicle that was in impound had paid the owner of the lot nearly $300.00 in order to re-obtain possession of it.

After setting up a plan to meet at the impound yard in a half an hour, the owner showed up and reported that the client, 27-year-old Ayub Mule Abdulrahman, was nowhere to be seen so he left.

A college attendee who also serves as a resident assistant has recently been linked to several fires that were lit on the campus.

Since the end of November, the McIntire dormitory building, which is home for 120 students on the Wheaton College campus, has experienced six small fires for which the origin was unknown.

Between 3:30 and 4:00 am on Thursday, another fire was reported inside the McIntire halls, but it was caught on the security cameras that the school had recently put in place for student safety.
