A delivery driver working in a Northeast Miami-Dade neighborhood was arrested following a hit-and-run that left a mother and her 6-month-old son injured.

On the morning of August 22, a 45-year-old woman was driving what was believed to be an Amazon delivery vehicle and making package deliveries in the Aventura Isles gated community. At the same time, a 30-year-old woman was pushing her youngster in a stroller and walking her dog when she began to cross the street using the crosswalk. At the same time, the delivery driver was making a sharp left turn. The SUV struck the mother and child, and the impact caused the mother to fall onto the ground, and the infant was thrown out of the stroller. According to reports, before she drove away, the driver got out of the vehicle and put the 3-year-old, who was crying, back in his stroller.

A nurse who lived near the accident site heard the baby crying, and when she saw the mother lying in the street, she went outside to try to assist the alleged victims until the paramedics arrived. When they got there, they took the woman and child to Memorial Regional Hospital for treatment.

Actress Nathalie Fay was arrested after allegedly hitting her boyfriend in the face during an argument regarding his whereabouts.

Nathalie Tordion, whose professional name is Nathalie Fay, is a 36-year-old actress who was born in Canada. Currently, she resides in South Miami, Florida. Fay has been in several movies and a couple of television shows, and she is well known for her role in the 2009 comedy film “The Hangover.”

On August 17, Fay had plans to see the Miami Dolphins go up against the Washington Commanders in a preseason game at the Hard Rock Stadium, and she made plans to see the game with a man with whom she has a romantic relationship. As soon as she climbed into his vehicle to go to the game, the couple began arguing. Fay reportedly had a map on her phone showing where he had been, and she believed that the man lied to her about where he had gone before he arrived at her house. Shortly after sharing the map with the man, the argument reportedly intensified. Fay allegedly struck him in the face with a closed fist, and the man decided to get out of the car to try to give them some space and calm things down.

An Oklahoma man was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly stealing a machete from a home improvement store and swinging it at one of the employees.

On the afternoon of August 20, a man walked into a Home Depot store in Tulsa and reportedly went to the section of the store where the machetes are kept. He chose one from the display. The broad-bladed knife was packaged in plastic, and the man took off the wrapping and walked away from the area with the machete in his hand. He reportedly made his way to a beverage cooler and removed an energy drink. He chugged the beverage, and an employee tried to talk to him. He allegedly responded by swinging the blade at the worker before walking out the door with it. After he left Home Depot, the man reportedly went to a liquor store in the area.

The authorities were notified, and officers from the Tulsa Police Department responded to the report. They found the man, who was still holding the machete, was still at the liquor store. When they went inside and told him to put down the machete, he reportedly refused. They decided to use a Taser on him to get him to comply, and it initially failed to have an effect on the man. The police sent in K9 officers and quickly got him to cooperate.

A Pennsylvania man is facing serious criminal charges after an alleged vicious attack on his neighbor, reportedly driven by the belief that the other man had been involved in a sexual relationship with his mother.

Late in the evening on August 18 in Addison Township, a man went over to his neighbor’s house, allegedly convinced that the man had slept with his mother. When he got there, he found the neighbor’s 2004 Corvette parked in the driveway. He reportedly started to damage the car, and the neighbor stepped outside when he heard the commotion.

When they began to interact, the man reportedly began physically assaulting his neighbor after accusing him of having a sexual relationship with his mom. It was reported that he punched him many times, knocking out several of the alleged victim’s teeth. He also reportedly chomped on three of the man’s fingers in what was perceived as an attempt to bite them off.

Former NFL player Gosder Cherilus was arrested after allegedly causing turmoil on a flight by intimidating passengers, urinating on a woman, and striking a man.

On the evening of August 18, Cherilus, who hails from Wakefield, Massachusetts, was taking a Delta Air Lines Flight to Dublin leaving out of Logan International Airport in Boston. According to reports, it was believed that he was already intoxicated when he got to the airport. The flight was delayed, and during the approximately three and a half hours wait, Cherilus reportedly drank additional alcoholic beverages.

It was after midnight when the flight took off, and Cherilus was reportedly giving the crew a hard time because he was unhappy with his assigned seat. When the plane had been in the air for about an hour, he went up to an elderly woman, opened his pants, and allegedly proceeded to pee on her for almost half a minute. When people noticed what was happening, they quickly forced him to return to his seat, where he allegedly yelled at a man and struck him. Things calmed down, and Cherilus sat in his seat and fell asleep.

A Florida man recently found himself jailed and charged with multiple counts of video voyeurism after being accused of secretly recording women in public spaces over several years by using a cell phone hidden in a shopping basket to record under women’s skirts.

According to reports, on July 21, a woman was shopping at Publix Market Square in Gainesville. While she was browsing, she felt a shopping basket touch her leg under her skirt. When she looked down, she believed she saw a cell phone in the basket, and the camera lens was pointing upwards. When she tried to talk to the man, he reportedly walked away without responding. As he left the store, she watched him get into a vehicle and she jotted down the license plate number.

The authorities were notified, and a deputy from the Alachua County Sheriff’s Department spoke with the alleged victim. After she told them what happened and gave them the license plate number, they collected surveillance footage from the store. It was reported that the video showed the man putting the phone in the basket and angling it so that it was aimed up the woman’s skirt.

A corrections officer who worked at a detention facility in Tennessee was arrested when the way he was driving caught the attention of a trooper who believed he was intoxicated. 

On August 16, a man who was a lieutenant at the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility was driving a Chevrolet Sonic down a highway in Vonore when he found himself accused of being on the wrong side of the law. A trooper from the Tennessee Highway Patrol noticed his vehicle and believed he was driving faster than the posted speed limit. They also felt he was operating the car unsafely by failing to stay in his designated lane.

The trooper performed a traffic stop, and the man pulled over without incident. When they began to interact, the trooper thought it smelled like alcohol in the vehicle. He also reported that the driver displayed several indicators of intoxication. When he was asked about the situation, the man chose to exercise his right to remain silent. Additionally, he chose not to participate in roadside sobriety testing.

A Philadelphia man is facing a multitude of charges after he was accused of attempting to steal a woman’s car while she was trying to put gas in the vehicle.

Early in the evening on August 14, a woman pulled into a Sunoco station in Feasterville to put gasoline in her car. She parked in front of one of the pumps and got out of the vehicle with her keys in her hand. After she began pumping the gas, a man driving a red truck pulled into the station and stopped near her car.

The driver reportedly got out of the truck and walked over to the woman’s car. He allegedly opened the passenger door and got inside, and then slid over to the driver’s side. He reportedly acted like he intended to steal the vehicle, but he was unable to start it since the owner had the fob. According to reports, when he realized it would not start he got out of the car and headed back to his truck and immediately drove away.

The parents of a 3-year-old in Kentucky are facing charges after they were accused of not feeding their daughter solid foods her entire life, which reportedly caused severe malnutrition and tooth decay.

According to reports, on July 12, the toddler was brought to the Hopkins County Health Department for a WIC appointment. When they checked the youngster, staff believed she was in poor health. They said that she should be taken to a pediatrician right away, and from there she was transported to the hospital.

While she was at the hospital, the medical staff learned the child had a rapid heart rate and signs of chronic illness and malnutrition. They decided she would need to be given a blood transfusion. The youngster also had a dental checkup, and she was diagnosed with severe tooth decay. The medical professionals reported that the condition of the girl’s teeth would cause her to be in serious pain if she tried to chew solid foods.

According to reports, two men flagged down a Lyft driver near a nightclub in Oklahoma City early Sunday morning. Instead of requesting a ride using the app, they offered to pay cash, which the driver agreed to if they were going somewhere close by. After getting into the car with a bag of beer, the back seat passenger reportedly handed a handgun to the front passenger, who allegedly pressed it to the driver’s head and threatened him.

The passengers allegedly demanded to be taken to Durant, which was about 150 miles away, and the driver refused. They reportedly made the man continue driving while allegedly threatening him and attempting to access his phone. Eventually, they decided to have him drop them off at another club in Oklahoma City, where they reportedly demanded the driver’s cellphone and $20 in cash before they got out of the car.

The driver reported that he was terrified by the alleged threats they made to harm his family if he reported them, but he called the police from a local 7-Eleven. The authorities quickly found the suspects nearby.
