An off duty deputy allegedly spotted an elderly man driving down the Interstate while seated atop his vehicle’s open sunroof with his arms in the air.

Near 1:00 pm, the deputy began to record the seemingly carefree spirit with his cam. The man can be seen with arms extended to his sides while his hair blows in the wind from the momentum of the vehicle’s alleged speed, which was reported as 100 miles per hour.

When 911 was alerted by the deputy, Highway Patrol located a vehicle that they believed was the car being operated by the suspect.

As an officer tried to apprehend a man that he believed was driving under the influence, the suspect reportedly tried to drive away leaving the cop dangling from the side as the car took off.

On April 5, a Georgia police officer saw a white sedan that he determined was being driven in a reckless manner and decided to perform a traffic stop.

The officer pulled the driver over and walked up to the vehicle to speak with the man, identified as 25-year-old Dennis Aguirre.

Wildwood, Florida, resident Carolyn Roach Doggett, a woman who works as a first-grade elementary school teacher, was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on Monday while she was in the vicinity of a local charter school.

On the afternoon of July 2, after the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office was notified with information about a possible reckless driver they dispatched to the reported area that the vehicle was seen, which was within half a mile of The Villages Charter School.

Officers encountered the sports utility vehicle that they suspected was the motorist they received the call about and they reported that the turn signal remained in the on position the entire time they were in pursuit and that the SUV was allegedly weaving erratically enough that several accidents were narrowly avoided.

On Tuesday, June 5, a 19-year-old young man who is suspected of having been under the influence of alcohol navigated his vehicle onto a golf course where he allegedly drove erratically until crashing into a sand trap.

Jack Robertson, a teenager and a resident of Seminole, was allegedly out driving his car around 6:30 pm on Tuesday while he was reportedly inebriated.

Robertson made his way to the Bayou Country Club near his home and allegedly drove his car onto the grassy fairway of the golf course. Members of the club that were present reported that they saw Robertson driving his vehicle around the course and doing donuts. After a short time, Robertson allegedly ended up getting stuck when he crashed his car into a sand trap.

A man who formerly starred on a popular soap opera was allegedly intoxicated and helped by police officers when he was unable to order an Uber, but he was still charged with DUI when he did not take the Uber home and went to his vehicle instead.

On Sunday, May 20, 37-year-old Justin Torkildsen, a Daytime Emmy Award-winning actor who previously worked on The Young and the Restless was a patron in the St. Julien Hotel. While the Boulder, Colorado, native was there he reported that he had consumed four beverages resembling fruit punch and as he attempted to depart the staff believed he was intoxicated. They notified the Boulder Police for fear that it would be dangerous if Torkildsen attempted to drive in that condition.

Police arrived near 1:00 a.m. and they allegedly witnessed signs of inebriation in the way that Torkildsen was carrying himself.

A substitute teacher who was working in a high school classroom in Connecticut is facing charges for allegations that he encouraged students in the school to participate in “fight club” type activities.

Ryan Avery Fish, a 23-year-old substitute teacher, was working an assignment in a high school math class at Montville High School from August until October of 2017. During his time as their teacher Fish has been accused of allowing the teenagers at the school to form a fight club inside of his classroom. In a statement to the authorities, he said that he permitted the activity in order to “let them be teenagers and let them get their energy out.”

On December 14 one of the 15-year-old students in Fish’s class reported that he was experiencing emotional distress after unwillingly taking part in a fight where he was beaten up and had his belongings stolen by his fellow schoolmates. The DCF Juvenile Court Liaison in Waterford was notified and reported that the alleged victim would be receiving a mental health evaluation from a local hospital in order to assess his condition.

A school bus driver bringing children to school on her morning route was taken into custody on Wednesday for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

49-year-old Jackie Adams, a Telford, Tennessee, resident, drives a school bus for the Washington County School District. On February 28, just after 7:00 a.m. Adams was in charge of 23 students who were passengers on the bus she was driving.

In the midst of her task of dropping off the elementary and middle school children at their destinations another vehicle on the road became alarmed when they saw the bus in motion and believed that it was being driven in an irregular manner. The worried witness placed a call to 911 with a report of the incident.

When a Garden Grove woman was pulled over for reckless driving on Saturday morning, police discovered she was carrying a rather large quantity of prescription narcotics in the vehicle.

Shauna Kester had been driving near the Festival of the Arts grounds in Laguna Beach when she was reportedly seen by an on-duty officer while operating the vehicle erratically. With the assistance of another patrolman in the vicinity Kester was pulled over.

The officers requested that Kester step out of the vehicle, and they began to question her. She disclosed that she had been smoking marijuana earlier in the evening. The officers then searched her car and located a cosmetic storage case containing hundreds of prescription pills comprised of over fifteen different kinds of medication.
