Cody Cummins currently lives with his mother in her Zephyrhills, Florida, home. He previously served a prison sentence for over 3 years due to an armed burglary conviction, and since his release, Cummins has spent some time employed as a cook.

On May 25, Cummins was at home with his mom when he reportedly chucked a corncob. The central core of the vegetable allegedly propelled in the direction of his mother and it struck her on the top of her head.

A woman who was accused of driving under the influence reportedly tried to explain to an officer that she would be unable to take the roadside sobriety test without failing, whether or not she had been drinking.

On May 28, a sheriff’s deputy arrived at the scene of a reported car accident involving a single car.

When the deputy scoped out the surrounding area, a vehicle was seen in a nearby ditch approximately 900 feet away from a damaged fixture on the highway. He went up to the car and spoke with the driver, identified as Amanda Barrett, and asked her what transpired.

A 40-year-old man who worked at The Magic Kingdom has been accused of trying to arrange a meeting with an 8-year-old for a sexual encounter.

On March 11, an undercover agent was in an online chatroom when he encountered a user going by the handle of “Mike.”

The agent chose a username that implied he was the father of a young girl. According to the affidavit, Mike sent the agent a message to inquire about the girl’s age. The complaint states that the agent replied and disclosed that his daughter was 8-years-old.

A man wearing a mask of the U.S. President was apprehended as he reportedly destroyed a parked car in Cabot-Vista Viejo in the early morning hours.

When deputies were patrolling the businesses in the Mission Viejo area, they reported that they saw a person wearing a Donald Trump mask who appeared as if they were vandalizing a vehicle.

The deputies reported that the mask-wearer, instead of providing themselves anonymity, had easily caught their attention with their odd costume choice and caused them to make their way to the area to review the situation.

An Orange County, CA, man with a babysitting service has been accused of several sex crimes after allegations that he molested two local young boys he was caring for.

30-year-old Matthew Zakrzewski from Costa Mesa has over 6 years of experience and many special qualifications for working with children.

Zakrzeqski hosts a website that offers a list of the services he provides, under the nickname of “Matthew the Manny,” while he works with the kids and families who hire him. He advertises his availability to serve in the role of “manny, babysitter, buddy, big brother, role model, mentor,” and hosts pictures of himself with several different children he has reportedly worked with. Zakrzeqski also states that he has known since he was rather young that working with children is his calling.

When the authorities tried to stop a driver that was allegedly seen running a red light, the man hesitated to pull over so that his female passenger would reportedly be able to conclude their in-motion sexual encounter.

Last Tuesday night, 55-year-old Rhonda Koppenhoefer was accompanying David Herring on a drive as a passenger in his Ford truck.

While engaged with the company of the woman, Herring failed to stop at a red traffic signal and caught the eye of law enforcement officers. When they threw on their lights to pull over Herring he reportedly hesitated and drove for an estimated 150 feet before complying with their summoning.

An arrest was made when a daughter moving out of her home got into a heated argument with her mother over who would keep caring for the family hedgehog, and the fight reportedly became physical.

On Sunday, the 43-year-old mother of Emma Davisson was having a discussion with her 18-year-old about some issues she was having with the way her daughter was behaving at home. They were having trouble seeing eye-to-eye about how to resolve matters, and Davisson decided she would move out in response to the situation.

When she told her mom that she decided she was going to depart, Davisson allegedly said that she was going to bring along the family’s pet hedgehog. Her mother heartily protested and said that the younger children were the ones tending to the pet and they should be allowed to continue.
